E Lakeshore Backyard Overhaul
This multi-year backyard project was dreamed up and brought to life by Midwest Marine. We were able to put the vision onto paper to help the homeowner visualize what the end result would be.
Kingsway Remodel
The plans for this remodel were made with entertaining in mind. I sold the client’s larger 2-story home. She wanted to downsize but it was important that her family would still fit comfortably when they were in town over the holidays. We selected a tri-level with big potential: the plans included a total kitchen makeover and opening up the kitchen to the living room.
Open Concept Bi-Level
Bi-level (or raised ranch) style homes are very common in NWI. Unfortunately, they are often made up of small, closed off living spaces. This project addressed this issue by opening up and rearranging the kitchen. A wall was taken down and an island was added. What was once dark and felt crammed, is now an inviting open living space.
